Gecchele's technical department monitors the suppliers in order to carry out a continuous formation process, to make sure the cultivation norms are respected and to guarantee the traceability of the produce by means on-site labelling.
When the produce arrives on the processing site at Cologna Veneta, traceability is maintained through each handling phase, from storage to processing. Perfect traceability of all processed goods is guaranteed by accurate documentation.
In addition, Gecchele holds a very own 'self check' manual, in accordance with the d.lgs. n. 155 del 26/05/97
